Chengshan to take control of Cooper Tire's JV in China
To rename company to Pulin Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Company
Chinese tire-maker Chengshan reached an agreement on Thursday (27 November) to buy out US-based Cooper Tire's 65% stake in the two companies' joint-venture (JV) in China for more than USD280 million, reports official state news agency Xinhua.
