Hitachi supplies high-output inverters, DC/DC converters for Daimler's PHEVs
Compact inverters, converters achieve high efficiency
Hitachi’s subsidiary Hitachi Automotive Systems has started supplying its compact, high-output inverters and DC/DC converters for Daimler's first plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs): S500 PLUG-IN HYBRID and S550 PLUG-IN HYBRID Long, the company announced in a press release on 3 December.
