Renault-Nissan to start joint purchasing operations with AvtoVAZ in new structure

AvtoVAZ has agreed the sale of 50% of its purchasing organisation to the Renault Nissan Purchasing Organisation (RNPO) in order to formalize the structure of the new purchasing structure for Renault-Nissan-AvtoVAZ in Russia.
