Renesas Electronics unveils advanced low-power SRAM products
Mass production scheduled to begin in January 2015
Renesas Electronics has unveiled five new products within its RMLV0816B and RMLV0808B series of advanced low-power SRAM (static random access memory), the company said in a press release yesterday (11 December).
