Company expects to complete acquisition by February next year
Nidec Corporation yesterday (11 December) announced that its subsidiary, Nidec Motors & Actuators, has agreed to acquire 100% shares of Geräte- und Pumpenbau GmbH Dr. Eugen Schmidt (GPM), a Germany-based tier 1 automotive pump supplier.
