Sets up integration teams to close TRW deal
ZF Friedrichshafen (ZF) would consider small acquisitions in the future, as the company sets up integration teams to complete its purchase of US-based TRW Automotive (TRW) in the first half of 2015, said ZF CEO Stefan Sommer in an interview with Reuters.
