Swedish polymers company HEXPOL to acquire RheTech
Acquisition to be completed in early 2015
Sweden-based polymers company HEXPOL has signed an agreement to acquire RheTech Thermoplastic Compounding from the founders’ families, the company said in a press release on 22 December.
