Sika minority investors try to prevent Saint-Gobain takeover attempt
Approach Sika to delete a clause in its article of association which will require Saint-Gobain to make similar offer for the public shareholders
A group of 12 minority shareholders has launched a last-ditch attempt to prevent Saint-Gobain from acquiring rival Sika Group without making a bid for the whole company, reports The Financial Times (FT).
