Magna confirms JV with GAZ
Enters preliminary cooperation deal with AvtoVAZ
Magna International has confirmed that it will enter into joint venture with GAZ Group, and cooperation agreement with AvtoVAZ. The joint venture with GAZ will make components in Russia and help in adapting Chrysler cars for the Russian market.
