China removes export quotas on rare-earth minerals
Rare-earth minerals still require export license
China’s Ministry of Commerce scrapped the quotas for rare-earth mineral export last month, reports BBC. The change was mentioned in the trade guidelines, although rare-earths will still require an export license.
