Light vehicle sales, production and exports saw strong gains in Mexico in 2014
Sales increased by 11.7% to 133,273 units, production jumped 27% to 208,498 units and exports gained 21% to 194,091 units in December
The Associacion Mexicana de la Industria Automotriz (AMIA) has reported light-vehicle sales in the domestic market jumped 11.7% year on year (y/y) in December, compared a year earlier, to 133,273 units. For the full year, sales increased 6.8%, reaching 1.13 million units in 2014.
