AVIC aims to buy Henniges Automotive
Will follow Henniges buy out its former Chinese joint-venture partner early last year.
The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) plans to buy North American automotive supplier Henniges Automotive Holdings, Inc. for USD1 billion, according to a Bloomberg report that quotes unnamed sources familiar with the situation.
