Acquisition expected to strengthen Bosch’s Mobility Solutions business
Germany-based automotive components supplier Bosch completed the acquisition of another German auto parts manufacturer ZF Friedrichshafen’s (ZF) 50% share in joint-venture ZF Lenksysteme on Friday (30 January).
