Japanese vehicle output decreases 2.5% y/y in December, expands 1.5% during 2014
Japanese vehicle output in 2014 totalled 9,774,558 units, up 1.5% from 2013, with total industry shipments during the year reaching more than 4.46 million vehicles, down 4.5% year on year.
The Japan Automobile Manufacturers' Association (JAMA) today (30 January) released its vehicle production and export data for December and the full year 2014.
