Magna acquires Philips & Lite-On Digital Solutions business units
About 60 people to join Magna
Magna International has acquired the head-up display and electronic components business units of Philips & Lite-On Digital Solutions (PLDS) in Wetzlar, Germany, and PLDS' ultrasonic sensor business unit in Hsinchu, Taiwan, according to company’s press release yesterday (4 February).
