Aston Martin sues supplier for allegedly breaching copyright
Follows development of a prototype known as the Speedback GT for David Brown Automotive.
Aston Martin is reportedly taking legal action against supplier Envisage Group for breaching copyright, reports The Telegraph Online. Subsidiaries Envisage Manufacturing and Visioneering are also named in the writ to the High Court. The sports car manufacturer claims that Envisage used its wheel and headlight designs, as well as its logo.
