Anhui Zhongding to buy Wegu GmbH
Zhongding continues steady acquisition of international component companies
Chinese components group Anhui Zhongding Group (ZD) has plans to acquire German automotive plastics components producer Wegu Holding GmbH. The Chinese group aims to acquire Wegu for EUR95 million (USD107.64 million), reports Reuters.
