US court indicates two Mitsuba executives for price fixing
52 individuals and 33 companies have pleaded guilty or agreed to plead guilty in ongoing US government investigation involving automotive supplier industry
A federal grand jury in Detroit, Michigan (United States) has indicted two executives of Mitsuba Corporation for participating in price fixing and bid rigging and obstruction of justice for ordering the destruction of evidence related to the conspiracy, the US Department of Justice said in a press release.
