Restructuring of South African business results in weak performance

Apollo Tyre’s net income has declined 45.4% year-on-year (y/y) to INR1.8 billion (USD28.9 million, 31 December 2014) in third quarter ended 31 December 2014, according to the company’s filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
