Federal-Mogul completes purchase of TRW engine-valve business
Deal to conclude by mid-2015
Federal-Mogul today (09 February 2015) has “closed on material portions” of its acquisition of TRW’s engine-valve business, according to press releases issued by both TRW and Federal-Mogul.
