Company continues to strengthen global presence through selective acquisitions and greenfield investments

Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL), the flagship company of India-based Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG), reported a 1.8% y/y increase in net profit to INR2.54 billion (USD39.9 million, 31 December 2014) in third quarter (Q3) ended 31 December 2014, the company said in a press release.
