TE Connectivity announces pricing USD623 million senior notes offering
To use net proceeds from offering for general corporate purposes
TE Connectivity said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tyco Electronics Group S.A. (Tyco), has announced pricing of EUR550 million (USD623 million) senior notes offering due 2023, says a company press release.
