GM to pull back Russia operations, halt production by mid this year
Company to discontinue Opel-brand vehicles but to continue selling Chevrolet Cadillac brands
GM has decided to drastically pull back its operations in Russia, including halting production by mid-2015. The Opel brand will be discontinued in Russia.
