Asahi Kasei to dissolve lithium-ion capacitor JV with FDK

Asahi Kasei and FDK have reached an agreement to dissolve their lithium-ion capacitor (LIC) joint-venture, Asahi Kasei FDK Energy Device Co., Ltd. (AFEC), according to a press release by Asahi Kasei.
