Bekaert acquires Pirelli tire cord business in China
Deal follows the ownership transfer of other Pirelli steel cord plants
Belgian steel wire cord producer Bekaert has completed the acquisition of Italian tyremaker Pirelli's steel cord plant in Yanzhou in China's Shandong province, the company says in a press release.
