PSA/Mitsubishi Russian JV to cut jobs and halt production
Due tothe continuing deterioration of the market.
French automaker PSA Peugeot-Citroën and Japanese automaker Mitsubishi will halt production at their joint venture (JV) plant in Russia PCMA Rus, due to "the continuing deterioration of the market situation". Production of the Citroën C4 and the Peugeot 408 will be halted from 27 April to 10 July. The Mitsubishi Outlander and Pajero Sport will cease production from 27 April to 12 May.
