Faurecia, Dongfeng to form JV
JV expects sales of USD2.2 billion in medium term
Faurecia and Dongfeng Hongtai, a majority owned subsidiary of China’s Dongfeng Motor, will form a joint venture (JV), the French supplier said in a press release.
