Freescale receives required consents relating to certain outstanding notes
Receives two-third notes in principal amount
On 2 April, Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. announced the expiration and success of consent solicitations by Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., its wholly owned indirect subsidiary (the “Issuer”), from noteholders of the dollar denominated 5.000% senior secured notes due 2021 and the dollar denominated 6.000% senior secured notes due 2022 to approve amendments to, and to waive, certain provisions of the indentures governing the notes, the company announced in a press release.
