Land and tax breaks on offer

Aston Martin is said to have undertaken talks with several states in the US with regards to the possibility of building a new vehicle based on the DBX concept to market, reports the Financial Times (FT). Sources have told the newspaper that the automaker is being offered land and tax breaks by them in order to attract it to the country. One stated that they were part of the process of considering how the vehicle could be brought to market and that it would take at least three to four years. However, another source close to the company added that while "there are sound economic reasons why they should [look at the US], but I would be very worried if I were looking at a 4x4 Aston Martin built outside the UK. It seems like such a departure on so many levels."
