PACCAR recalls trucks on cruise-control issue

A software error caused the defect.

PACCAR is recalling 443 units of its 2015 and 2016 Peterbilt 220 and Kenworth K300 trucks to correct an issue with the cruise-control button. Specifically, the decrease button on the steering wheel will increase cruise-control speed by 1 mph, rather than decrease it, according to a report at TruckingInfo.com. A software error caused the defect.
