Volkswagen suspends production; GM lays off 467 in Brazil
Production to drop to 38 vehicles per hour
Volkswagen has suspended production at its Sao Bernardo do Campo facility, according to regional media reports, while separate reports indicate GM has put 467 workers at Sao Caetano on paid leave.
