ContiTech sells Veyance Tech air springs NAFTA business
Business to be managed as part of EnPro's STEMCO division
ContiTech announced today (3 June) that it has entered into an agreement to sell Veyance Technologies’ North American air-springs business, as required by US, Mexico, and Brazil anti-trust authorities following ContiTech’s purchase of Veyance Technologies.
