Goodyear, Sumitomo Rubber to dissolve global alliance
To pay Sumitomo Rubber USD271 million upon closing of the transaction
Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Sumitomo Rubber Industries have agreed to dissolve their global alliance, which includes Dunlop and Goodyear brands, said a Goodyear press release yesterday
