BASF is supplying sound-absorbing Basotect® TG melamine foam for use in the acoustic layer in Volkswagen (VW) EA888 engine for Jetta, Golf, Passat, Tiguan and Beetle models manufactured in North America, the company said in a press release yesterday (11 June).
