ZF acquires part of German R&D firm to consolidate expertise in semi-autonomous driving
Acquisition effective 1 July 2015
On 1 July, ZF Friedrichshafen will acquire Germany-based HDLE GmbH’s development department with approximately 50 employees, the company said in a press release yesterday (29 June).
