SKF divests two filtration businesses to Filtration Group
Divestment consideration fixed at USD90 million
SKF has divested two filtration businesses, Purafil and Kaydon Custom Filtration, to Filtration Group, an affiliate of US-based filtration group Madison Industries, according to a company press release on 30 June.
