US court dismisses lawsuit against Cooper Tire over failed Cooper-Apollo Tyres merger
Three investment firms filed suit in January 2014
On 1 July, a Delaware federal district court judge granted Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.’s petition for dismissal of a securities class-action lawsuit related to the failed merger between Cooper and India-based tire-maker Apollo Tyres Ltd, reports Tire Business.
