Volkswagen Group’s Seat unit has halted production at its Martorell plant near Barcelona, Spain, due to a shortage of seats as a result of labour strike at Johnson Controls (JCI) plant in Barcelona, according to a report by Automotive News Europe (ANE) yesterday (15 July).
