Acquisition complements Nidec’s ongoing strategic focus on automotive business
Japan-based motor manufacturer Nidec has acquired Arisa, S.A., a Spain-based press machine manufacturer, from its founding families on 24 August, the company said in a press release yesterday (25 August).
