Mazda, OJSC Sollers signs MoU to establish engine plant in Russia
To sign an official contract before the year end
Mazda Motor Corporation and OJSC Sollers have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish an engine production plant at their joint venture (JV), Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus (MSMR), located in Vladivostok in the Primorsky region of Russia, the two automakers said in a joint press release last week (4 September).
