Partners to make batteries for start-stop systems

Johnson Controls has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts (BHAP), an auto parts subsidiary of Beijing Automotive Industry Group (BAIC Group), to produce and sell automotive battery in China, according to a company’s press release.
