Leoni forms joint-venture with China-based BHAP
Adjusts 2016 consolidated sales forecast
German supplier Leoni signed an agreement to form a joint-venture (JV) with China’s Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts (BHAP), a subsidiary of state-owned Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation (BAIC), according to the company’s press release last week (18 September).
