Topy Industries to acquire subsidiary Kyushu Wheel Kogyo
To raise capital in subsidiary to USD18.5 million
Topy Industries has decided to acquire 100% stake in its subsidiary Kyushu Wheel Kogyo, Ltd, according to a press release. The company plans to subsequently increase capital in the subsidiary and subscribe for full amount of its stock.
