Freescale analog system basis chips receive safety assessment up to highest level

Freescale Semiconductor’s analog MC33907 and MC33908 system basis chips (SBCs) have received ISO 26262 functional safety assessments up to the Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) D level from TÜV SÜD, according to a company press release on 1 October.
