DPCA Chengdu plant to begin production by December 2016
Construction on USD2-billion plant began in October last year
The new plant of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile (DPCA) in Sichuan province is expected to begin production three months ahead of schedule, state media Xinhua reported.
