Philips auto lighting division's sale to Chinese company stalls

The Dutch electronics group Philips' plan to sell the company's automotive lighting division to a Chinese company has stalled due to the US-based Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS) expressing "certain unforeseen concerns".
