Acquisition provides Accuride with manufacturing presence in Europe
Accuride has acquired a majority stake in Italy-based steel wheel manufacturer Gianetti Ruote S.r.l. from MW Italia, the steel wheels division of CLN S.p.A, according to a joint press release by Accuride and CLN.
