Motherson Sumi’s Q2 net profit more than doubles y/y to USD43.3 million
Company continues to see strong order intake
Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL), the flagship company of India's Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG), has reported more than twofold year on year (y/y) increase in net profit to INR2.87 billion (USD43.3 million, 30 September 2015) for the second quarter ended 30 September 2015, thanks to a 14.1% year-over-year (y/y) growth in consolidated net sales to INR90.4 billion (USD1.36 billion), the company said in a press release.
