DOJ has found 38 companies and 58 executives guilty in ongoing price fixing and bid rigging investigations involving auto parts industry so far

Japanese supplier INOAC has agreed to plead guilty and pay USD2.35 million in fine for its role in fixing prices and rigging bids on certain plastic interior parts to Toyota, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a press release on Wednesday (19 November).
