Agreement amends a 2010 deal between the then Chrysler Group LLC (now FCA US LLC) and the former Michigan Economic Growth Authority.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has signed an amended investment agreement with Michigan state's economic development board, reports Associated Press. The amended deal will see FCA spend an additional USD1 billion on facilities over the next 15 years in order to qualify for USD1.93 billion in business tax credits.
